Water Ministry

Mission Encounters operates the only clean drinking water on the island of Helene.  There are other water sources, but none that have been filter and before we opened our desalinization plant, many people were getting sick from the water.  In 2011 MEI provided 15,000 gallons of water to the community on Helene. Mission Encounters provides all electricity, filters, and equipment for the water plant, all funds collected from the sale of water goes to island employees to distribute the water creating jobs on the island.
