Robert Cisco

Board Member Emeritus

Bob and his wife Julie have been in the ministry since answering the call of God in 1984. In addition to being a full time Pastor, Bob import and exports electronics, diesel generators and wind turbines.

Having lived through the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew in 1992, Bob put his Electronic Engineering experience into developing standby emergency power generation systems.

In September of 2011, Bob went to Helene to help repair the 20kw diesel generator that provided all the power for MEI to make fresh water for the Island.

Bob has been involved in missions all over the world. On this trip, Bob saw the people of Helene were being helped by MEI with Education, Water and Healthcare. That part wasn’t new. What was new and exciting was that people would come to help the Islanders from Churches in America, through programs by MEI, and would have an encounter with God that would change their life and their Church.
