David and Heather serve MEI as our Staff Support Services providers. Their pastoral and Christian Counseling backgrounds blend with their passion for global mission to benefit our field staff members and DE participants. Our staff have regular sessions throughout the year using internet technology.

In addition, the Willis’s make site visits to our locations to hold counseling sessions and team training meetings. David and Heather live in Arizona, where they direct a lay-counseling ministry at their church. Their greatest purposes are to love well – God, each other, and family (children & 12 grandchildren) – and to live on mission, advancing the Kingdom wherever they are and have influence!
