Ted Thomas has been on our staff as an indigenous worker for over 2 years. Alongside all his duties at the clinic, he is also the pastor at the church on the north side of Helene. Ted has three children. At the clinic, Ted is always helping with the maintenance and preparations for Short Term Mission teams. He is also our resident expert in cultural understanding. Ted teams with us and is involved in every possible way with our ministries. He has a ministry called “Brotherly Love”, where he collects items that are discarded in the community, repairs them, and gives them away as needed. Ted is a wonderful man of Christ, with big shoes to fill – literally, as he wears a size 16!
