The school year is well underway, with over 100 students attending. Let’s take a brief look at the heart of the school, the teachers.

Each year, an intensive teacher training program occurs to present the year’s curriculum to the teachers, as well as train any new teachers. The March training 8-day training program involved 16 people, including 11 teachers, the school director – Ms. Elizabeth James, the teaching leader – Emily Fry, and 3 teaching assistants, Sheila Benson, Ruth Parks, and Marcia Paris.

This year’s training group included 3 new teachers and one new teaching assistant. A great mix of experience and new ideas!
